Comments on the status of the test infrastructure development.

Michael Eller comment on the status of the DUT's HDL development, for the upcoming UltraScale test campaign. Mentions some (incorrectly) "mixed" design projects found in the HDL code inherited from Virtex-7 campaign.

There is consensus on creating a new working group, for discussing policies on code repositories in XRTC's GitHub account (managed by BYU). Group consisting of: Gary, Mike, Dan, Austin, Sebas. 

Comments on the ZU+ latchup suppression experiment: The parts cooled down and are coming back for electrical testing.
